About the Role:

Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for a Marketing, Events and Communications Coordinator, who work closely with our entrepreneurial female Managing Director and play an important role in contributing to the future growth of the business.

At Rise High, you will not just be selling a product or a service. Instead, you will use your excellent written and visual communication and event management skills to help more Australians benefit from our extensive free educational resources, tools, materials and fee-free services. Using data and customer activity, you will be able to tailor the educational
journey specifically for each individual based on their goals and interests, so that they can access the information and inspiration they need at just the right time to elevate their financial position and their life. You will work closely with the team and other external experts to ensure we can continue to create and deliver high quality original written, visual, audio and video educational content in a way that is easy for Australians to consume and connect with, so they can increase their knowledge and confidence on all things money, finance and property and feel motivated to take the action that will positively shape their financial future.

The successful candidate will have the important role of coordinating all Marketing, Branding and Communications aspects of the Business and its multiple brands and product/service offerings and will be supported by a social media marketing assistant and a digital/tech specialist.

Whilst experience and a proven track record will be highly regarded, we value attitude over experience every time so we also welcome applications from eager Marketers early in their career who have a hunger to grow their skills and knowledge to add value.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Whilst supported by a social media assistant, it will be your role to ensure consistent and impactful content across all social media channels, tailored to attract the people we can help the most

  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blogging, video and podcast, to enhance our domain authority and online presence to reach the right audience

  • Lead Generation and Management: Nurture our audience through educational journeys to help them make the transition from subscriber and community member to client

  • Email Marketing: Manage a compelling newsletter and different EDM campaigns to attract new clients and engage existing clients

  • Marketing Assets: Design and Develop marketing collateral and tools as required to support the team

  • Monitor and Enhance: Use data to track the effectiveness of all marketing assets and campaigns and enhance as required to optimise for the desired audience

  • Events: Manage and prepare for Events (eg. education seminars, Awards Nights and client events)

  • Team Player: Bring a big dose of positive energy to the team


Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional copywriting skills including a solid understanding of writing for different online mediums and different social platforms

  • A creative flair and graphic design skills using industry-standard tools eg. Canva

  • Tech savvy and extremely comfortable using and learning new technologies

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage team members and business partners in Marketing initiatives

  • Excellent Organisation and Initiative skills

 

Other non-essential but highly regarded Skills/attributes:

  • An interest in Property Investment
  • An understanding of the fundamentals of SEO
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics across all social platforms as well as Google
  • Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience using Active Campaign
  • An interest in Video and Podcasting
