Allan read Rich Dad Poor Dad at 13 and fell in love with property investment. His curiosity eventually grew into years of personal investing, research and hands-on experience.

He has since built a multi-property portfolio, bought established properties, worked with house-and-land packages and developments, paid off his first home in six years and designed and built a family home. Those experiences mean he understands that property finance can look very different depending on what someone is trying to do.

With a previous background in science and medical industries, Allan also enjoys working with medical professionals whose income and lending structures can sometimes require a little more unpacking.

His approach is analytical without being overly technical. He likes understanding the strategy behind a decision and helping clients see how the pieces fit together.

Allan speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and English, allowing him to work with clients across a wide range of communities and backgrounds.
