After nearly a decade in the residential building industry, I’ve seen firsthand how much the customer experience depends on having an engaged broker. My aim is to make every experience positive, meaningful, and memorable.
Simply put.. people are my passion. Building relationships, educating, working with people and developing them to make sure that the outcome meets their expectations is what I enjoy and what I do best.
As important as the outcome is, however, I believe that it is the journey that moulds and teaches us the most, and, after almost a decade of working in the Residential Building industry, I understand how integral the financial services are and how different the customer experience can be between having a broker who is engaged vs one that is not.My aim is to make every experience as positive and memorable as I can.
Meanwhile, in my spare time, I can be found coaching my daughters netball team, trail running or trying to double-bounce my 3 children as high as possible on our trampoline.
