Having worked in multiple customer service related industries I have realised what is important to people, what drives me and where I can make a difference.

Simply put.. people are my passion. Building relationships, educating, working with people and developing them to make sure that the outcome meets their expectations is what I enjoy and what I do best.

As important as the outcome is, however, I believe that it is the journey that moulds and teaches us the most, and, after almost a decade of working in the Residential Building industry, I understand how integral the financial services are and how different the customer experience

can be between having a broker who is engaged vs one that is not.

My aim is to make every experience as positive and memorable as I can.

Meanwhile, in my spare time, I can be found coaching my daughters netball team, trail running or trying to double-bounce my 3 children as high as possible on our trampoline.
