This is especially for Adelaide which is expecting 13% growth over the next 3 years. This comes in at the second-highest amount of growth expected in the country. More than  a hundred and ten thousand first time home buyers entered the housing market last year. This might be a surprising fact as tighter lending standards, declining property prices followed by uncertainty in the economy has hit the housing market. Despite all that, QBE has a positive outlook for the next few years predicting a similar number of first home buyers to be dipping their toes into the housing market this year.
